Council Activities
C&B Fund
The C&B Fund is the KofC's main source of fundraising. The funds from the C&B drive are used to fund, grants for scholarships, local charities, and communities.
Thanksgiving Turkey & Food Baskets
Each year the Joseph Barry Council collects donations of turkeys, hams, and money which enables us to purchase additional groceries and make up between 80 to 100 food baskets. Working with St. Ignatius Human Services these baskets are distributed to families in our local community.
These baskets not only provide a Thanksgiving Meal for families who may not have enjoyed one, but also provide several days of groceries in addition.
Keep Christ in Christmas
As each year passes more organizations are focused on the "Holidays", and sales. The Joseph Barry Council members can be seen posting reminder signs about the true meaning of Christmas. 20+ signs posted in our community reminding us all to "Keep Christ in Christmas"
