The Past Grand Knight Lawrence Trubinski Scholarship Fund
The Council awards each year two (2) High School Scholarships of $500 each and two (2) College Scholarships of $1,000 each.
The High School Scholarships are only awarded to students who will attend Catholic High Schools. The awards each year are based on the scholastic aptitude of the applicants, their involvement in home, church, school and community activities and the financial needs of the family.
The applicant must be a son, daughter or legal ward of a member of the Council in good standing. Children of deceased members, whose demise occurred while in good standing, are also eligible.
Applications may be obtained from the Grand Knight and must be returned to the Grand Knight on or before April 15th.

The Nassau Chapter sponsors and presents annual scholarships for High School, Elementary School, and CCD students. The scholarship amounts may vary and range in size but scholarships of up to $4,000 have been awarded in the past.

Purpose: To provide Financial Assistance to dependent children, grandchildren and legal wards of brother Knights of Columbus in New York for the furthering of Catholic High School education.
Tuition Grant Awards: Two (2) scholarships and one (1) grant of $500 will be offered for each of the eight dioceses in New York State and will be awarded to incoming 9th grade students entering a NY State Catholic High School. Awards may be renewed for each of the four (4) years the student attends a NY State Catholic High School. After the first year, a renewal application must be submitted for continuation of the award each consecutive year. Renewal will depend on continued attendance in a NY State Catholic High School, maintenance of a scholastic record that is satisfactory, as well as evidence of continued need.

Each year the BP W.P. Kellenberg Assembly awards one High School Scholarship and one College Scholarship. Each award is $500.
The Scholarships are based on the scholastic ability of the students. The student’s transcript of his/her current school must be provided.
